PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR CHILDREN
Kids express themselves best through play. Play Therapy offers creative, safe, and engaging way of working through difficult feelings and problems.
Play Therapy for Children
It's common for children to feel nervous and unsure about starting therapy. Play therapy is a gentle, creative, and developmentally supportive approach to helping children express their struggles through play. Play Therapy allows space for learning to resolve problems and learning how to cope with difficult feelings and challenges.
I involve parents in their child's treatment as I regularly meet with parents in individual parent consultation sessions. I help parents make sense of their child's difficulties and provide practical strategies in addressing behavioral and emotional struggles.
