In Depth Therapy we explore together what really matters to you, and obstacles that may be in the way of what you want and need in your life. Sometimes overwhelming emotions, painful life events, and memories impair a person's capacity to form and maintain satisfying relationships with peers, partners, family members, and co-workers. Depth Therapy involves recognizing the role of relationships in your well-being. Through our therapeutic relationship, you will explore how you interact with others, with the goal being to develop new ideas about relationships and learn ways of relating to others that are more satisfying and healthier. I would like to help you get unstuck from unhealthy relational patterns that hold you back from living your life more fully and meaningfully.

To help you gain mastery over your emotional and physical responses to stress, I integrate mindfulness-based practices and brain-based strategies. When you learn to regulate your emotions and attention, you become resilient and capable in managing your daily life and obstacles that come up along the way.
I offer collaborative, active, caring, and mature presence, and I am fully committed to helping you. I place great emphasis on the client-therapist relationship as I believe that the quality of this relationship truly matters in your healing process, growth, and capacity to engage honestly and meaningfully in therapy.
